The magnetic field sensor records the magnetic field generated by the permanent magnets in the sports ball, which enables it to transmit to the computer the data that defines the distance from the football to the magnetic head.

The computer evaluates this data and controls the electronic magnets accordingly, accurately moving the football upwards and downwards. Going through approximately 16,000 control processes per second the football is always kept in position by this innovative system.
